"Are you sure you don't want to see him right now?" Rapunzel shook her head. The queen sighed. What was she going to do with these two? "Well," Rapunzel's mother continued, "I have the morning and afternoon off, would you like to spend your day with me?" Rapunzel nodded her head. She pushed herself away from the wall and slipped her hand into her mother's. Isabelle put her head on her daughter's and led her to her own private rooms.

Rapunzel woke up smiling. She opened her eyes to a dim room. The curtains were still drawn. She sighed and stretched, groaning as she did. She closed her eyes and mused about the previous night. She reached for Eugene, wondering if they could repeat it. She didn't feel him. She extended her arm farther on his side of the bed. Still nothing. She patted around and realized his side wasn't even warm. Her eyes shot open. Eugene was not in bed with her.

Rapunzel was sleeping peacefully on Eugene's chest, her legs wrapped with his under the blanket. He stroked her head, stirring up the scent of her perfume. Jasmine. Ah, well... maybe..
The episode i pulled this from, one of the characters was talking about being owned for a week by some guy. the running gag was "..and i did stuff.." not saying that's Eugene's past, but putting it out there.
